“Vin cuit” or “raisinée” is based on 100 % chasselas grape juice, heated for hours to reduce the liquid and produce a syrup concentrated with the sugars.
The resulting syrup is ideal for making pies, enhancing your salad dressing in summer, binding your sauces for wild game menus, or simply to enjoy on a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Tartegnin village is 31 km from Geneva and 25 km from Lausanne. It is 2 km from the Rolle motorway exit.

We are available to let you taste our range of wines at Domaine de Chantemerle
on Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm to 7pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
