The Pinot Blanc is cultivated with respect for nature and is produced on a sandy limestone clay soil. It is the white variety of the Pinot Noir, which was identified in 1895. It produces a warm wine with subtle aromas of lemon, grapefruit, or even white peach, according to the vintage.
