The Divico grape is produced organically, on clay soil. Based on a natural merge of the Gamaret and Bronner grapes, Divico is the first variety of grape which resists the main vine diseases.
The resulting wine is structured and powerful, intense in color with purplish reflections. The flavor is characterized as fruity, with notes of floral and spices.
The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months, resulting in the roundness and aromatic complexity.

For this combination to express itself and open up before being bottled, our Réserve de la Dîme is aged for 14 months in a barrel then blended in a vat for several months.
